Korvex is an AI-native company building the Generation Layer — the infrastructure that makes companies AI-native. We operate under the domain korvex.cc and deliver reservation systems, operations automation, AI agents, and digital presence for businesses across LATAM and the United States.

2. Data we collect

We collect only the data you provide directly to us:

• →WhatsApp number or contact phone
• →Business type and service interest
• →Optional message submitted via the contact form

We may also collect technical usage data (IP address, browser type, pages visited) through third-party analytics tools, solely to improve our site.

3. How we use your data

We use your information to:

• →Respond to you and coordinate the discovery call you requested
• →Deliver contracted services (AI-native implementation, operational systems)
• →Send relevant information about our services (only if requested)
• →Improve our products and site experience

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for their own commercial purposes.

4. Third parties and data processors

To operate the site and deliver our services, we use the following vendors acting as data processors under agreement:

• →Supabase — database and authentication (servers on AWS us-east-1)
• →Resend — transactional email delivery
• →Calendly — discovery call scheduling
• →Vercel — site hosting (global CDN)
• →Anthropic / Claude — AI processing for service features (no PII sent unless operationally required)

5. Legal basis and retention

Processing is based on your explicit consent when you complete and submit the contact form. We retain your data for as long as necessary to handle your request and, if you become a client, for the duration of the business relationship plus any period required by applicable law.

You may withdraw consent at any time by writing to contacto@korvex.cc. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of prior processing.

6. Your rights

You have the right to:
