1. Acceptance of terms

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern access to and use of the site korvex.cc and the contracting of Korvex services. By using the site or contracting our services you accept these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site or the services.

2. Who we are and scope

Korvex is an AI-native company domiciled in the Republic of El Salvador that delivers AI-native business operations (service-as-software) priced by outcome. These Terms apply to clients contracting in their capacity as a business or professional (business-to-business relationship).

3. Description of services

Korvex currently offers the Layer 0 packages (Core, Operate, Grow, and Enterprise), delivered as agreed in each individual proposal or contract. The exact scope, deliverables, and timelines of each service are defined in the proposal accepted by the client, which prevails over the general description on the site.

Services in development (coming soon). The Company Brain and Vertical AI layers, and any feature described as “coming soon”, are under development and are not yet available for purchase. Descriptions of the vision and the Generation Layer are forward-looking statements, not contractual commitments or guarantees of availability by any particular date.

4. Quotes, pricing and payments

• →Prices shown on the site (e.g. "from $99/mo") are indicative and stated in United States dollars (USD). The final price is set in the proposal or contract.
• →Part of the services is billed by outcome (for example: per qualified lead, per resolved inquiry, or per processed booking), as agreed.
• →Payments are processed through the payment gateway enabled by Korvex. Card data is handled by the payment processor, not by Korvex.
• →Prices exclude taxes unless stated; applicable taxes are added as required by law.
• →Non-payment within agreed terms may suspend or terminate the service.

5. Nature of the service and results

Korvex undertakes to provide the services with professional diligence and in good faith. Unless a contract expressly sets it as an outcome-based billing metric, Korvex does not guarantee specific commercial results (such as a given volume of sales, leads, or revenue), as these depend on factors beyond our control. Delivery timelines (e.g. 3–5 days for Core) run from the initial payment and the client’s timely provision of the necessary information.

6. Client obligations

• →Provide truthful, complete and timely information for service delivery.
• →Use the service lawfully and not for unlawful purposes.
• →Hold the rights and permissions over the data and content provided to Korvex, including the personal data of its own customers.
• →Keep its access credentials confidential.

7. Intellectual property

In accordance with El Salvador’s AI and Technologies Promotion Law (Decree No. 234), Korvex is the exclusive owner of its frameworks, models, algorithms, code, and methodologies. The client retains ownership of its content and data. Unless otherwise agreed, the client is granted a license to use the specific deliverables produced for it in its operation; Korvex retains ownership of reusable components and underlying technology.

8. Confidentiality

Each party will treat the other’s non-public information accessed in connection with the relationship as confidential, and will use it solely to fulfill the service.

9. Personal data

Processing of personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, under El Salvador’s Personal Data Protection Law (Legislative Decree No. 144). When Korvex processes data on the client’s behalf, it does so as a processor and under the client’s instructions.

10. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Korvex shall not be liable for indirect or incidental damages or lost profits. Korvex’s total liability arising from the service is limited to the amount actually paid by the client in the three (3) months prior to the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms excludes liabilities that the law does not allow to be limited.

11. Term and termination

Ongoing services continue while the subscription or contract is in force. Either party may terminate as agreed in the proposal. Termination does not relieve payment of amounts accrued up to that date.

12. Changes to the Terms

We may update these Terms occasionally. The last-updated date will always appear at the top. Continued use of the site or services after an update constitutes acceptance of the current version.

13. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of El Salvador (including the Commercial Code and Civil Code where applicable). Any dispute will be submitted to the competent courts of El Salvador, without prejudice to mandatory protection rules applicable to the client based on their residence.
